☀️🐶What a delightful weekend for OCHC! 🐶☀️

On Saturday, our Youth Day was absolutely delightful- the hounds worked well and the weather was great! Our littlest rider did a phenomenal job and was reportedly smiling ear to ear at the end of it!

On Sunday, we had 41 riders join us to brave the weather, which held up relatively well, for the return of our trail ride series! We were all greeted with a nice cool down provided by Mother Nature at the start of our rides! Each group did phenomenally! Thank you to everyone who joined us today and turned a slightly damp day into one filled with smiles!

Thank you to all of our staff, Masters, and volunteers that made this weekend possible and we look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Join us on Sunday 8/23 at 11 a.m. at Day Family Farm for a delightful ~two hour ride through our prime hunt country! We will have a tailgate to follow.

$35/rider, all riders must have a signed waiver, an ASTM approved helmet with chin strap, and provide proof of coggins within 12 months! We hope to see you there!

🐴 Do you have a junior that is interested in open space riding? 🐴

🐶 Do they want some hands on experience with the hounds? 🐶

🐴 This Saturday, August 22nd, we invite you and your juniors to join us! Adult capping fee is $80, while the junior (18 and under) fee is waived! 🐴

🐶 Juniors without open space riding experience must be accompanied by a guardian 🐶

🐴 All horses must have coggins within 12 months, riders are required to wear an ASTM approved helmet and have a signed waiver! 🐴

A gorgeous brisk morning showed us the promise of Autumn! 23 riders out today, who all enjoyed absolutely outstanding hound work!

🦊 Early Season Training continues through September. Attire through the end of August is green polos, neutral breeches, tall boots or paddock boots with half chaps, ASTM approved helmet with harness required. Adult cap is $80 and junior cap is $25.
