Motherhood is forever. 🤍

Today we celebrate the women who nurture, love, support, guide, and care for others in every season of life. From moms with babies in their arms to moms watching their children raise families of their own — motherhood never stops. The role may change over the years, but the love remains constant.

We also recognize that Mother’s Day can carry many emotions. To the women longing to become mothers, walking through infertility, grieving loss, missing their moms, or carrying heavy hearts today — we see you too. Your story matters, and you are not forgotten.

To every woman who has loved deeply, cared endlessly, and impacted lives through the heart of a mother in any form — today we celebrate you. 🌷

I get texts like this at least once a month!

PELVIC FLOOR is incredible and you do NOT have to cross your legs when you cough or sneeze, you don’t have to give up running because of voiding and you can make it to the bathroom without peeing a little on the way. There ARE options and you can learn all about them next Saturday at 8:15am with Dr. Ashley Clark, PT.

Classes are always $10 with the unique advantage to learn skills and knowledge to better your everyday life. Price and accessibility are often barriers to care and the goal of Active Life Women is to break down these barriers to empower more women right here in our community.

What started as Active Life Moms is growing into something more inclusive, more intentional, and more aligned with my heart.

Introducing: ACTIVE LIFE WOMEN

This space is no longer just for one season of life—it’s for all women. Whether you're navigating motherhood, chasing big goals, healing, rebuilding, or simply looking for connection… you belong here.

This community is still evolving, and honestly—I’m growing right alongside it. But what I know for sure is this:

I want this to be a space filled with community, joy, healing, and wellness.
A place where women feel seen, supported, and encouraged exactly where they are.

Let’s make this huge for our community 💕

It’s time for spring cleaning! 🌷👚🩳

On April 25th at 8:15 we will have Dr. Ashley Clark , PT hosting a pelvic floor seminar and immediately to follow we will have our first annual community clothing swap!

All week (or during the event) you can drop off clothes and stick around to grab anything you need for you or your family. You do not need to donate to be able to come and take. We are doing all sizes and gender from newborn to plus sizes.

Our ask, when you drop off clothes, have them labeled by gender and size to help us quickly organize

All clothes need to be stained free and in good wearable condition

Drop off times are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM starting the week of April 20th
