Schedule update

The school will be closed for all regular classes 5/27 through 5/30.

UFK KC kickboxing class schedule at Wambua's Martial Arts for the holiday weekend is as follows:

Friday 4:00pm and 5:15 pm
Sat 0845
Sun 0930
Mon - no classes

If you are interested, we are meeting at the school on Saturday at 0800 and will jog/run 2-3 miles and be back by 0830 for the 0845 KB class.

2016 is the year to improve your health! We are here to help make it happen. Spring will be here before you know it.

Most gym memberships rely on your own commitment and motivation. Here at Wambua's Martial Arts we will help you stay motivated to reach your fitness goals by providing quality instruction. At our school we have an excellent aerobic kickboxing fitness program. Our group workout sessions are led by instructors who are ready to push and take you to the next level. Before signing a contract at a gym give us a call. Our prices are very reasonable and you can even try a couple of classes to see whether you like our program.

It is important to teach healthy habits at a young age. Invest in your children now by giving them the tools they will need in the future. Martial arts instruction is an excellent way to achieve this goal. In our school we teach kids:
