Bad guys show up where good people convene- to celebrate, to worship, to commune, to remember.
Like cowards they disguise themselves as they infiltrate so called safe ground just to take sucker punches as they run away, hide and observe from a distance the pain inflicted on a superior force they didn’t have the courage to stand toe-to-toe against.
A clever coward is a greater threat that an obvious one.
This is why we train- not just to shoot and defend, but to notice, to predict, to observe patterns and anomalies.
To detect. To deter. And if necessary, to defeat.
It isn’t sufficient just to stand in a controlled environment and fire rounds at a piece of paper at known distances, that doesn’t move, doesn’t attack, and doesn’t think or breath, without fear of consequence or the reality of real world.
So the question is this- how likely is it that you are overconfident in your abilities to not only detect a threat, but to deter and defend against it? What about several?
If you are judging your capabilities to protect your community and, god forbid, your own family based on your most recent visit to the gun range where every action is calculated, controlled, and unopposed…then I’m sorry to inform you the you are missing the point.
And if you ever find yourself in a situation where life depends on your abilities to react in a moments notice, then you will understand. But by then it could be too late.
That’s just cold hard truth.
Come train with us. Become hard to kill. Become the protector, provider and brute force that people you love most are counting on you to be. This is coming from a place of pure love, from the bottom of my heart.
We welcome all true-blues into our community.
Talk soon. - Bobby.
