Healthy Living OKC Our state-of-the-art facility allows adults to connect and create a community through a variety of wellness activities.

Healthy Living OKC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of adults aged 50 and over by providing opportunities for physical activity, social engagement and lifelong learning. We provide social and recreational physical fitness activities, as well as educational classes and support groups that discuss current adult related issues. Our 40,000 square foot facili

ty includes a heated saltwater swimming pool, fully equipped fitness center, basketball and pickleball courts, a group exercise studio, billiards room, art studio, a covered patio with bocce ball courts, café, and a health care clinic to provide primary care to adults in our community that are 50 and older. HLOKC is passionate about providing a variety of health and wellness services and empowers adults to become avid health consumers pursuing well-being and fulfillment of their personal goals.

The food of the day for our shift was bulk cereal, and we packed it in! Specifically, into 3,576 bags, which will be distributed to Oklahoma area pantries to provide 5,960 meals. It was a fun day working alongside a group of kids. Thanks to Healthy Living OKC members who gave their time and enthusiasm to this great cause. We'll be back again in August!

Thanks to all who came out to the center Friday for the Wellness Expo! We saw record attendance with almost 800 people, both members and new visitors. We hope you found it to be time well-spent as you got to meet with 50 businesses and learn how they serve the needs of adults 50+.

We want to recognize 35 volunteers and our employees who brought their infectious enthusiasm and hand-on help to make the day a success.

We tip our hats to the three food trucks that were onsite: Two Sisters Mobile Bakery, Taco Empire, and Smashed Ok.

And again to all the exhibitors, especially our premium sponsors....Much appreciation for your engagement in this event and we look forward to continuing our partnership.
