At BrewHouse Barbell, we are creating an environment where Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, Strongman, Highland Games, Athletic Performance, Body Building and Crossfit athletes are not only encouraged to push their limits but are given the tools and teachings to push themselves to new found levels. BrewHouse Barbell will be focused on promoting and growing these sports throughout the year by hostin

g quarterly events like Training Seminars and hosting Meets to promote each discipline and engage with its athletes. BrewHouse Barbell will also set itself apart from the competitors by not only offering varying levels of standard to competition equipment but also offer Calibrated Plates, Bumpers and competition Bars for serious athletes in the the heat of their contest prep. BrewHouse will also offer unique equipment, specialty bars, bandpeg platforms, competition benches and other training tools that cannot be found in the Oklahoma City Metro.
