There are two types of motivation…
• Intrinsic motivation: Internal rewards (e.g., enjoyment, personal satisfaction)
• Extrinsic motivation: External rewards (e.g., money, praise, avoiding consequences)
Intrinsic motivation refers to doing something because it is inherently interesting or enjoyable. The motivation comes from within the individual, driven by personal satisfaction or a desire to learn, grow, or achieve for the sake of it.

Extrinsic motivation, on the other hand, involves performing an activity to achieve a separate outcome, such as receiving rewards, recognition, or avoiding punishment. The motivation comes from external factors rather than from the task itself.

Taking time to recovery is so important make sure to get out and get some sun & take care of those sore muscles .
I’m using the revo cupping device on the delts to facilitate my recovery so I can get back after it tomorrow.
8 min cycle on each delt followed by some stretching! Hope this helps !
