I am beyond thrilled to officially announce my partnership with Zuleica Vasquez ✨ Embodied Leadership + Sacred Motherhood as the newest Co-Founder of Ascend!

From the moment I met Zuleica, I knew she embodied everything Ascend stands for. As the founder of Zuleica | Nervous System Healing + Self Trust , her mission aligns beautifully with ours: helping people grow, ascend, and step into their highest potential.

Zuleica is a Spiritual Psychology Practitioner, a dedicated mother of three, a leader in her family’s construction business, and the visionary creator behind CEO Sundays. The work she does is truly phenomenal, and I am honored to have her proven leadership, wisdom, and heart helping guide Ascend into its next chapter.

Ascend has always been about helping others ascend, and over the last several months we’ve been working behind the scenes to create something special—a safe space centered around community, movement, connection, growth, and so much more.

We are incredibly excited for what’s ahead and cannot wait to share everything we’ve been building with you.

New best friend 👏👏👏 Cantaritos & Pilates was a success 🤍✨

Seeing so many generations come together filled our hearts in the best way. One of our little besties asked, “Is this for grown ups?” while some of our mothers asked, “Are we too old?” Our answer to both was simple… this is for ALL. 🤍

For our youth.
For our older generations.
For everyone looking to grow, move, connect, and feel supported through health and wellness.

We loved introducing you all to Pilates while painting beautiful cantaritos together. These are the moments that remind us why community matters so much.
