Kim is a lifelong runner, and endurance athlete based in Oklahoma City. She’s also a dragon boat coach and paddle sports guide for RIVERSPORT OKC, where her passion for movement and community shines. Kim is dedicated to helping clients of all ages reach their fitness goals, with a special focus on empowering women in peri- and post-menopause to build strength and confidence.

We are taking this pandemic very serious and will be exercising extra sanitation measures to ensure a safe environment for all. The trainers in my private facility are being extra diligent in making sure each piece of equipment is cleaned after use. TIME FOR ANOTHER TRAINER CONTEST!!

We are doing the enchilada dish this time. This dish comes with 8 "lower" carb enchiladas (serves 4 if you want for the family). Orders will be taken strong tomorrow (Friday) thru next Tuesday and pick ups will be next Friday & Saturday (alternate arrangements can be made if needed.

Are you the parent of an Epic student or know someone who is?? Our gym OKCPT is an approved Epic Vendor and we are getting ready for this new school year to start!! I have had several parents express that they would like something where their children can socialize with other children so I have decided to offer "bootcamp" group classes for Epic students that WILL be covered by the learning fund.

There will be 2-3 classes per week (based off enrollment) and the classes will be broken down in to groups of boys and girls and specific age groups and every class will be run by a Certified Personal Trainer! This will be a great opportunity to get some physical activity in to your routine along with some socialization. This will also be a great way to boost your child's confidence while stressing the importance physical fitness. We will begin enrollment very soon so that we can make sure that we have enough students enrolled to make classes and enough classes to accommodate everyone who would like to participate.
