RIVERSPORT Adventures in the downtown OKC's Boathouse District is the "go to" place for metro area families and visitors looking for outdoor fun including whitewater rafting and kayaking, adventure courses, zip lines, rock walls, cycling, high speed slides, bicycle pump tracks, flatwater kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. RIVERSPORT also offers rowing, dragon boating and flatwater canoe/kayak

RIVERSPORT Adventures offers family fun March to October with adventure courses, zip lines, rock climbing, cycling and on-the-water activities including kayaking, dragon boating and stand up paddle boarding. RIVERSPORT is a project of the OKC Boathouse Foundation which also operates the OKC National High Performance Center and has been designated an official U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Site for both rowing and canoe/kayak.

17 medals. 9 athletes. One seriously proud RIVERSPORT Sprint Kayaking team. 🏅

Our team traveled to Ohio last month for the ACA National Championships and showed up ready to race. From 14 to 52 years old, our athletes proved that this team, and this sport, is for everyone.

Huge congratulations to every athlete who represented RIVERSPORT, raced hard and brought home the hardware. We’re proud of this team and everything they accomplished together.

Big weekend for our Masters Dragon Boat team! 💪🚣

The team traveled to the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival, racing 250-meter and 400-meter events and finishing 8th overall for the weekend. We’re proud of the work this team put in, the way they showed up for each other and how they represented RIVERSPORT on the water.

And they’re not done yet. Oklahoma Regatta Festival, here they come.

A strong finish in Poznan. And a lot of hard work behind it.

RIVERSPORT OKC athletes Sean Talbert and Augustus Cook helped lead the USA K4 to a B Final finish at the World Championships for Sprint Kayaking, making them the 18th-fastest boat in the WORLD!

And that finish matters. The USA K4 is now ahead of Canada and Argentina in LA 2028 Olympic qualification points.

For Sean and Augustus, this is the result of a lot of time on the water, a lot of training and a lot of work that happens long before race day.

Also representing RIVERSPORT in Poznan was Kaitlyn McElroy, who finished ranked 20th in the K1 1000m and 24th in the K1 5000m. Kaitlyn also traveled with the team as coach for the ACA Paracanoe Team, helping support athletes throughout the regatta.

We are beyond proud of these athletes. Help us give them the BIGGEST congrats!

First responders have been training in raft flips, vehicle rescues, tension diagonals, and more — all at RIVERSPORT's $45 million whitewater facility.
