Your people are the ones that love you for exactly who you are. The you that shares your journey, your honestly and your struggles. The one that stands up for what you believe in, without judgement or gossip.

Don’t become less of who you are for those people. Find the people who want you to be more!💞💞

You've been thinking about putting yourself first BUT... 💗

You tell yourself...
"I don't have that extra money..."
"I really have other priorities..."
"I don't really have time..."
"I never commit to anything..."

And I have to 🛑 you there for a minute...

Because I've told myself those EXACT SAME excuses about WHY now's not the right time (**you're talking to the biggest excuse maker out there).

And....I can tell you that it was never really the timing that made a difference but when I got to a point that I was sick of my own 💩💩💩 "(**when my pants didn't fit, when I was emotionally drained and needed to do something for myself or when I had nothing left to give anyone else) and that's when I FINALLY made the decision to jump in.

So if your radar is going off and you've been thinking WAY TOO LONG about taking ACTION, this is for you!! 🙋‍♀️💗

I'll never forget this feelings in each of these pics. 💔
In the first pic, I was in the city I love, for an event I love, but forcing a smile.
In the second pic, same city, same event, one year later, the smile is genuine.

So why were things so different in 1 year?

K so there's the obvious. 75 pounds will make a difference, but there was more.

Girl 1 felt GUILTY. For taking time to travel for a weekend trip, for spending the money for gas, hotel, site seeing, & eating out.

She felt ANXIOUS & SELF CONSCIOUS. Feeling like the 3rd or 5th or 100th wheel in other peoples lives. Feeling like there was no good angle for a selfie, plus feeling the weight of a "selfie" (hello party of 1).

🤔And 1 year later, if you were to ask me?

YOLO! Well OK I'm a little more practically minded than that, but seriously why miss out on LIVING your life. Being able to have some extra 💲 to spend on little trips brings immense joy to my life.

I soak up EVERY minute with my friends & family and I don't focus on anything else but being PRESENT.

Getting healthy & finding my tribe has opened my heart and mind to infinite new possibilities. I am living my dreams, I don't take stress nearly as much and I'm the happiest I've ever been. Imagine that?

So if you've been looking for a sign that it's YOUR time (**to start putting yourself first), like this post and let's chat ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️
