For nearly 10 years, 80-year-old Cecil F. has made the Rockwell Plaza YMCA - YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City part of his daily routine. What started as a commitment to staying healthy has grown into meaningful friendships and a strong sense of community.

“The camaraderie of the YMCA is what I enjoy most,” Cecil shared.
