Is still a thing? Because if it is, we’re going to party like it’s 1999.

That’s the year James E. Stewart Golf Course opened.

A lot has changed since then, including a new clubhouse built in 2022, but it's still a place to play a quick nine and enjoy a little golf close to Downtown OKC.

Anyone remember it looking like this?

James E. Stewart Golf Course honors the legacy of “Jimmy” Stewart — a longtime Oklahoma City civic leader and civil rights advocate. Today, this nine-hole course continues his legacy by bringing people together through recreation and community.
