FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. With several styles of classes including Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Body Back, our programs give women the "Strength for Motherhood". Our Values:

In addition to weekly playgroups, monthly Moms' Nights Out and family activities, Our Village holds quarterly Moms on a Mission events throughout the country. On a personal level, each club educates, empowers and supports mothers on important issues facing our children and our families. Our Village Membership is free and open to all moms! What is Stroller Strides? Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. What do I need for class? We suggest athletic shoes, a towel or mat for our ground exercises and plenty of water. For outdoor classes please bring a hat and/or sunblock. For Stroller Strides you just need you, your baby and the stroller. Just about any stroller will do just as long as it’s not prone to tipping. You do not have to have a jogger. What if my baby gets fussy during class? Our first priority is the happiness of your baby. We stop every few minutes for body toning, so you can always catch up with us if you get behind. Our instructors will do their very best to make the class enjoyable for both you and your baby! How long are the workouts? The workouts are one hour. The cardio and strength segment is approximately 50-minutes, followed by 10-minutes of abs and/or stretching.

Meet our Mama of the Month for June: Morgan! 🎉

Tell us about you:

Hi, I’m Morgan! Wife to my high school sweetheart and mommy to two kiddos: a daughter named Landry (4) and a son named Miles (2). I became a stay at home mom when my son was born, but was a banker for 11 years prior to staying home with my babies. Let’s just say I don’t get PTO days anymore, ha! I love being a mom and watching them grow. There are hard days, but each day they keep me grounded and remind me to stay in the present and that there’s always joy to be found even in the small things.

How did you get started with fit4mom?

A friend invited me to two free events and at the second one Andrea said, “so I’ll see you Monday.” She didn’t say it as a question, but as a statement and I’ve been coming every week since the beginning of January 2026!

What has surprised you the most since joining?

How much both me and my kids look forward to coming to F4M. They love going just as much as I do!

What would you tell a new mom who is on the fence about trying a class or attending an event?

Do it scared/nervous. I went to my first class not knowing anyone and everyone has been so kind and welcoming. Getting into a routine of moving my body has been the best thing postpartum and I wish I would have started sooner. The hardest part is to start so don’t wait for the “right time” just start, you’ll be so glad you did!

Any other fun facts/things we should know:

We have an almost 10yo Labrador who is actually one of my babies. I love animals, the outdoors, and traveling!

The first week of Camp Fit4Mom was a blast! We celebrated with a Trains & Planes workout, Dress like a Tourist day and an Antarctica themed sensory bins. ALL the kids were pumped to get their Camp Cards and start collecting stickers!

This week’s theme is COLORS 🌈

Tuesday we have a themed class and Friday is wear your favorite color day follow by a fun playgroup activity! Can’t wait to see you there!

Introducing Camp Fit4Mom!! Join us in June and July for themed classes, field trips, and playgroups. ☀️ Let’s make coming to Fit4Mom even more fun for your littles (& bigs) this summer.

Each week we will have a different theme! We will use that theme in our classes; think maybe a wear your favorite color day or singing songs that go with the theme. Our weekly Friday playgroup will also correlate with the theme of the week as well as some of our field trips.

The kiddos will get a postcard and for every class they attend with mom, they will get a sticker. Once they complete their postcard, they can pick from our treasure chest! 🪎

We can’t wait to help you get your workout in while also making class even MORE fun for your little ones!

Postcards will be passed out shortly! Your instructors will hand out stickers at the end of each class.

Closing out our Month of Mama celebration with one more free event: Mommy & Me Yoga! 🧘 🧒❤️🎉

This gentle Mommy & Me yoga class is designed to support connection, movement, and nervous system regulation for both moms and their little ones in a welcoming, judgment-free space. Babies and toddlers are free to move, play, cuddle, or simply exist as they are while moms enjoy grounding movement and community. Class will end with a cozy story time together.

Led by Kat Dinh, a yoga therapist, wellness coach, and mama to 3 y/o Maisie , this class was created to help fill the gap in postpartum support and community for mothers. With over 13 years of experience teaching group yoga, she is passionate about creating supportive spaces where moms can feel connected and cared for.
