After a hard fought weekend we ended up in 49th for the SAF state championship with just underder 10 pounds. We had a hard time finding the good ones, but we will be back on grand for redemption in 3 weeks.

A few weeks ago we fished the Oklahoma High School Fishing Navigational Channel Tournament as a team. The Navigational Channel (4/13/25) was a bust with us only weighing one fish for 2 pounds. We had a fun practice with a couple good ones, but we were excited to focus on eufaula.

This weekend’s Oklahoma High School Fishing Eufaula Tournament (4/27/25) proved to be a much better experience weighing in over 14 pounds landing us a 5th place finish.

We truly appreciate everyone who encourages and supports us even when things don’t always go our way!

Grand Lake is next for us, and as two city boys who are first generation competitive anglers we are always excited to learn and compete! Thanks Choctaw High School Bass Club for letting us join your club and the support! And thanks Russell/Dad for helping us live this fun experience!

It’s always a good day when you get to fish… the waters were rough today at Grand Lake, but we managed to pull in five fish, just over 8lbs of weight at the Oklahoma High School Fishing tournament today… big winners today pulled in more than double our weight, but it was still a great day for us!

We are thankful to the Choctaw Bass Fishing Club for taking us in since our schools (Edmond and Moore) don’t have bass clubs…

As high school sophomore’s we will continue to grow and learn; and we are incredibly thankful for the support everyone gives us!

4 fish 4.83 pounds today… which put us at team 34, or middle of the pack… it’s always a good day to be on the water and catching fish. Yesterday we caught tons of keepers, but today with the warmer temperature vs. yesterday’s cold front, wind, and more boats meant we needed to adjust. Thankful we get to do this and we appreciate everyone’s support!

As sophomores in high school we hope to keep learning and growing as participants in tournaments! Thanks again for the support!
