It’s been a bittersweet couple of days. Today marked my last day at my current gym, and closing this chapter has me feeling all kinds of emotions. A little over three years ago, I took a leap of faith and left my job in the legal field to finally pursue my true passion: fitness, and becoming a Personal Trainer. I was lucky enough to begin this journey under someone I’d looked up to for years — the person who started me on my fitness path over a decade ago. I’ve learned so much from him since then, and I’m truly grateful for the foundation he helped me build. I appreciate you more than you know Spencer Malicki.
Over the years, I’ve also built friendships with so many of my clients. You’ve trusted me, supported me, pushed me, and grown with me — and I’m incredibly grateful for every single one of you. Leaving that behind is definitely the hardest part.
It’s going to feel strange not driving downtown every day, walking into the same walls and routines I’ve known for years. But at the same time, I’m excited — excited to step into a new personal training chapter at a totally different type of gym. It’s a place that’s going to challenge me, push me out of my comfort zone, and help me level up as a coach and as a person!
Here’s to growth, new beginnings, and continuing to chase what sets my soul on fire! 2026 is my comeback. 💪✨
