In Memory of Alfonso “Mac” McMillan

It is with heavy hearts that we remember Alfonso “Mac” McMillan, a beloved friend and longtime member of The Weight Room family for more than 40 years.

Mac was more than just a member—he was part of the foundation of our gym community. Many will remember the days he played football building friendships and memories that lasted a lifetime.

What stood out most about Mac was his unwavering positivity. He never walked through our doors without a smile on his face, ready to brighten someone’s day. He took immense pride in his children and loved sharing stories of their accomplishments with anyone who would listen. His joy, kindness, and genuine love for his family were evident in every conversation.

Mac’s presence made The Weight Room a better place. His smile, friendship, and encouragement will be deeply missed by staff, members, and everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Mac’s family and loved ones during this difficult time. His legacy of positivity, dedication, and pride in family will continue to inspire all of us.

Rest easy, Mac. You will always be a part of The Weight Room family. ❤️💪
