I have some incredible news!!!

It has been 3.5 weeks since Gold’s Gym closed, and my Silver Sneakers class clients have been incredibly patient in the transition process. I have spent this time on the phones with insurance companies to become an independent contractor for them so their class memberships can be covered under insurance. I have made calls to different locations in the area about a new space to utilize for our classes. As well as meeting with each client to input their insurance information into my new systems.

For those who have prayed for us to find a new permanent location:

We are officially having our Senior Fitness classes at City Church (basketball gym) from this day forward. Yes God yessss!!!

New official schedule and locations:

Monday-City Church basketball gym at 11:00am
Tuesday-First Moore Baptist Rec Center at 9:00am
Tuesday-City Church basketball gym at 11:00am
Wednesday-City Church basketball gym at 11:00am
Thursday-First Moore Baptist Rec Center at 9:00am
Thursday-City Church basketball gym at 11:00am
Friday-City Church basketball gym at 11:00am

For those who have Silver Sneakers and Renew Active fitness coverage through your insurance, please bring your member ID so I may enter it into my system.
For those who are private pay, please private message me for pricing.

I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to all my clients who showed up in such a powerful way today, as we had our last day of Silver Sneakers at Gold’s Gym.

For those who plan to stay on board the Freedom Fit Family Train…let’s keep praying that God leads us to the right facility to continue our classes. Until then, let’s keep rockin’ online and staying healthy together!!!

I know some of you missed seeing me today that do not attend my classes. I will be at the gym tomorrow and Sunday to do my own workouts, but also to give ya’ll proper hugs and thank you’s.

Today was incredibly special for our Freedom Fit Family!! I wanted us to be able to fellowship one more time before the gym closes next week, as some will potentially be moving on to other locations. We have several that were unable to attend today, but I know you all were with us in spirit!
My greatest prayer is that I can find a location in Moore/South OKC that will be able to accommodate us beginning July 13. An even bigger prayer is that an Angel will build me a 1500sq ft air conditioned barndominium so I never have to move my classes again 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Truly going to miss this place. Our class has developed some of the most beautiful relationships the last 10.5 years!! I know most will go wherever I go, but some will move on to different locations. Beyond grateful for every moment and memory we’ve shared. (Missing some of our regulars in this photo, but I know you all were with us in Spirit)
