Today, the Impact Xtreme family lost a true original. 💔
Andre Irby wasn’t just a cheer dad — he was Impact Xtreme. From the very beginning, he stood beside this program and poured into it with unmatched love, loyalty, and energy. If there was a competition, Andre was there. Front and center. Loudest in the room. Dressed in his red. Cheering with pride so big you could feel it across the arena.
So many times I would call him, begging him to help with something Impact Xtreme-related. He would give me the hardest time, joke with me, and make me work for the “yes” — but one thing about Andre… he was always there. Every single time. No matter what was needed, he showed up for these kids and for this program.
People like Andre are rare. His presence brought life, laughter, support, and family to Impact Xtreme. His fingerprints are forever on this organization, and his love will continue to echo through every competition floor, every chant, and every memory we share.
Today we mourn deeply, but we also honor a man who loved hard and showed up wholeheartedly.
We ask everyone to keep his beautiful daughter, our gem, Saniia, wrapped tightly in love, covered in prayer, and lifted by this community during this unimaginable time. We will stand beside her the same way her father always stood beside us.
Rest peacefully, Andre. Thank you for everything. You will forever be Impact Xtreme family. ❤️
