Anyone else as excited as Chris VanCleave for Nogi tonight?

Just a reminder, we’ve adjusted class times on Thursday nights. Due to the growth of our gym, we wanted to make everyone is getting as much attention and time as needed.

This is the first week starting the new format, so we expect some confusion. Don’t worry, just make it in when you can.

5pm - Kids Nogi (ages 5-7, 8-11)
6pm - Juveniles / Teens Nogi / Advanced Kids
- Adults Nogi (Beginners / white belt)
7pm - Advanced Nogi
