Back-to-school nights are BUSY… and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🙌
Our Jr. Warriors (ages 7–11) are on one mat, while our Adult Essentials class is on the other—perfect for parents and kids to train at the same time.

One trip to the academy, two classes, and everyone goes home a little more confident, a little stronger, and a lot sweatier. 💪
