And is simply dedicated to being healthy, strong, and staying consistent with her exercise schedule.

NEW ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ REVIEW

So many people use the "I don't have time" excuse when it comes to exercise.

Our super-star member Tammy doesn't buy into that.

She understands that you don't need to live in the gym or do 60-90 minute workouts to get into great shape.

She does our 35 minute group workouts 3-4 times a week and that schedule allows her to stay consistent without having to obsess about the gym or have it control her schedule.

And because of that she is strong, fit, energetic, and a staple in our group fitness classes week in and week out.

Keep up the great work Tammy...you rock💪.

Thank you to our super star member, all star teacher, and super mom Jessica for leaving us this incredible review.

Jessica truly embodies a no excuses attitude when it comes to her fitness.

Every single week her schedule is jam packed, but every single week she makes it happen with a combination of in person and virtual workouts from home.

With that combo her consistency has been amazing and because of that, she's seen the results she was looking for.

She now has the strength and energy to tackle to her busy schedule and she has way less aches and pains from standing on her feet all day.
