Soccer sign ups are underway! Forms were available at Open House tonight! You MUST provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate (even if they have played in previous seasons!!)

Forms are due on August 20th. No late registrations will be accepted!!

‼️FALL SOCCER SIGNUPS‼️

Forms will be available at Open House on August 14th! I will also be sending forms home with students! Forms and payment (cash or checks made to Okeene Youth Soccer) can be sent back to school and given to Ms. Haworth!

Deadline is AUGUST 21st and NO LATE forms will be accepted!!!!!!! We have to get all teams made and organized before our District Board Meeting.

See attached age grid to find out if your child is eligible to play and what age division they will play within.

‼️NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED‼️

You can drop your completed registration forms, money and COPY of birth certificate to:
—> Drew Krause at Krause & Associates
—> Send back with student to school (to Miss Haworth)
—>4:15-5:15 on February 5th in the Old Gym Lobby
