Starting tonight at 6:30pm RCK Kids Kickboxing with Assistance Coach Devin Jimenez who just became The 2023 IKF World Champion in the International Full Contact Kickboxing Championships.

All classes have been canceled for today. All classes should resume on Monday as usual. Make sure you check FACEBOOK and stay up to date with classes and scheduled changes and times for that matter.

Im in the hospital in ICU with severe dehydration i was so dehydrated 4 bags of fluid. My heart stopped beating everything went black then allof a sudden I saw a bright light flash and I woke up with them getting ready to put pads on my chest and ever one was looking over me. I asked if the doctor was shining a light in my eyes but they said no.

Doctor said if I would not have been in the ER when this happened that would have been it for me. Please pray for me 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Two local fighters are returning to Okeechobee with championships after competing at the 2023 International Kickboxing Federation

In the martial arts world you meet alot of amazing people some of which I will be writing about more when I get home after The 2023 IKF World Kickboxing & Muay Thai Championships is over. I’m only going to be discussing the wonderful people and things that took place during this trip, including flight, hotel stay and the IKF event itself based on my experiences with people, Yes! You heard that right only positive vibes coming from here right now thats it for right now just positive thoughts.

We had 5 fighters ready to go for the 2023 IKF World Championship In Atlanta Georgia this weekend, but unfortunately two of our fighters didn’t get any one for a fight match up which happens more often then you think in combat sports, that being said now we were down to three fighters but one of our fighters Eli Harvey who was the returning Champion from 2022 lost his fight yesterday at the end of the 3rd round by decision which was his actual championship fight that he was fighting for on Saturday.

The good news is our last two fighters will be fighting in the championship event today starting at 9am.

Remember: If you only want positivity in your life try putting it out there yourself first.

God Gave Me Everything!

Monday sparring was moved over to Wednesday night, so we need team alpha & team bravo on the mat at 5:30pm for RCK fight team sparring tonight.🦶💥🤜💥
