🍂September Newsletter🍂

✏️Notes from the Coach
We are BACK into the swing of things and have welcomed 78 new gymnasts since August 1st! We want to ensure that EVERYONE has a welcoming experience regardless of how busy we get and we are pleased to announce we finally have a Front Desk Concierge! We will formally introduce Emily separately but we are thrilled to have her on board Tuesdays -Thursdays and Saturdays.

We are adding 3 new sets of junior bars to our Main Gym to help accommodate all of our kids. These will allow our young beginners especially to use equipment built for their smaller hands and bodies. We are also looking at adding some more low beams in the Main Gym for the same reason!

👀September Focus
We have had such HUGE success with our REV X and REV X JR classes that we are looking at potentially adding more......just looking for time in the gym to accommodate!

September is a great month to build on the basics that we learned last month. We will continue to develop the following progressions: Handstands & Cartwheels on Floor, Pullovers & Glide Swings on bars, Turns and Dismounts on Beam and 2 Foot Board Punch on Vault. Our lesson plans progress from young beginners up to advanced and coaches will strive to meet a kid where THEY are at on any given skill.

We have Celebration Week coming up and will be doing a full assessment on all the skills we have worked so far!

Our team got a bit soggy yesterday at their fundraising car wash…but they showed up followed through & scrubbed ALOT of cars!

This is what gymnastics teaches us - how to overcome,adapt and persevere!

One of my favorite parts of being at the gym isn't always the kids, it's actually listening in on the parents. You get to know each other, hang out, and your kids end up having play dates outside of class. Parents having real community these days is rare, and I'm proud that we get to foster that at the gym too. 💙 If you haven't experienced it yet, come see what we're all about, we'd love to have you in it too!
