NCW UNITED FC B12/13 LOPEZ ARE LABOR DAY CHALLENGE CHAMPIONS!

What a way to finish it!

The championship match ended tied 3-3 and had to be decided in penalty kicks. Goalkeeper Alfredo Alejandre came up HUGE, stopping the fourth and fifth shots to secure the championship for his team!

Coach Lopez and the boys finished the tournament a perfect 5-0, scoring 24 goals while allowing only 5 all weekend.

5 games. 5 wins. 24 goals scored. Only 5 allowed.

NCW UNITED FC B15-16 BEARS ARE LABOR DAY CHALLENGE CHAMPIONS!

The Bears completed a perfect weekend by defeating Central Washington Sounders U11 White Arroyo 3-2 in the championship match!

They finished the tournament 5-0, scoring an incredible 22 goals while allowing only 3 all weekend.

A huge thank you to Head Coach Esteban Palacios and Assistant Coach Sandra for all the time, work, and dedication they’ve put into this group. Thank you as well to all the parents and families who supported the boys throughout the tournament.

All three of our teams finish bracket play UNDEFEATED and will play for championships tomorrow!

24 goals scored, 8 allowed

NCW United FC B15/16 Bears
4-0 record
19 goals scored, only 1 allowed
+18 goal differential

That is 11 games played, 11 wins, 64 goals scored and only 11 allowed!

These kids didnt travel to the Tri-Cities just to participate… they came down here to compete!

A huge thank you to all of our parents and families for making this possible. The travel, hotels, early mornings, meals and all the support from the sidelines… none of this happens without you!

ALL NCW UNITED FC PRACTICES ARE CANCELED TONIGHT DUE TO UNSAFE AIR QUALITY.

We love this game. We want our players on the field learning, growing, competing and winning. We know how much every practice matters, and we never take canceling lightly.

But no practice, game, tournament or trophy will ever be more important than the health and safety of our kids.

That will always be our number one priority. No exceptions.

Please keep your players indoors and safe tonight. We’ll get back to work together as soon as conditions allow.
