Celebrate the beginning of summer with an evening of deep rest, reflection, and sound.

This Summer Solstice Sound Bath invites you to pause at the brightest point of the year and reconnect with yourself through vibration, stillness, and intentional listening.

You’ll be gently guided into relaxation with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, drum, and other healing instruments designed to calm the nervous system and support a meditative state.

This experience is appropriate for both first-time and experienced participants. After the sound bath, guests are invited to enjoy tea and light refreshments in community.


ABOUT ROBERTA:
Roberta is a sound practitioner, yoga teacher, physical therapist, and practicing Zen Buddhist with a musician’s approach to sound. She has completed extensive training through the Sound Healing Academy and works with precisely tuned crystal bowls and other high-quality instruments. Her sessions are structured thoughtfully, with attention to both safety and intention.

This event is offered on a sliding scale of $35 - $55. Choose the rate that works best for you. Selecting a higher rate helps us offset costs for community members needing financial assistance; thank you for your support!

Meet Breathe teacher, Eric! A recent graduate of , Eric always brings a warm and lighthearted energy to the studio💛

Students have said he teaches his Yin classes with calm and soothing guidance, while creating space for them to explore deeper layers of their practice at their own pace.

Eric is also a lifelong martial artist, graphic designer, and professional photographer. He has taken many of the stunning photos of our teachers you've seen in recent months 🙏📸
