Ok Barnyarders. Due to Coronavirus suspending our original date and proposed Rendering plant messing up our standby date and location we will be having Fake Barnyard Throwdown 2020 at Brute Fitness this coming Saturday Dec 12th. 30 dollar donation to compete per team with money still going to the Ohatchee School FFA/Ag department. There will be no shirts and only prizes will be the belt buckles we had made that say Barnyard 2020.(it's possible a few soponsors will still participate but for now just count on the buckles) 2 guys and 1 girl teams. Or at least 1 girl. Get your teams together and get your donation in. Be there at 830am for registration. First workout starts at 9am. It's not the Barnyard Throwdown we wanted but we want to get the Prizes out to someone since they say 2020 on them.

(2 rounds each..p1.p2.p3.p1.p2.p3)
So partner 1 will do a full round. Then partner 2 will do a full round and so forth till all 3 partners have completed 2 rounds.

Barnyard Update

The Barnyard Throwdown is an important community event and so it is with great disappointment we must announce that the event will be postponed until further notice. The health and safety of our athletes, spectators, volunteers, staff and partners is our upmost priority. We trust that the decision to postpone the event ensures that the Barnyard Throwdown continues to serve the greater good of our community. While we understand this postponement may cause inconveniences, we are sure that we can count on the support of the community and our partners in the future. We will communicate further information in the coming days.

All entry fees will be refunded ASAP.

Y’all tag your two teammates and get signed up today! 1 team will take home these custom belt buckles and bragging rights!

The 2020 Barnyard Throwdown is April 4th grab two of your best buds and get a team together! (2 males 1 female) All workouts are posted and all proceeds go to support Ohatchee High School FFA. Cost is $125 per team. I know we can get 10 teams from Brute this year and would love for our gym to show up and show out this year. Y’all help spread the word and share this with as many people as you can. Gonna be a fun time!

All workouts are beginner and intermediate friendly and teams will be competing for buckles and bragging rights!

*Must swap team member after each movement
*Each team member must do at least 1 rep of one movement.
*Example: Team member does 1 log front squat then holds the bar with another teammate for the duration of the workout.
*I would swap out a bit those for arms get toasty!
