NUTRITIONAL COACHING ADVICE:

TAKE CARE OF YOUR CURRENT DAY & WIN THE WEEK!
Although your coach may have you on a 16 week recomposiition plan, that's a marathon. Truth is diets (which will turn into a lifestyle) are better done in sprints so think about your day and week!

Reframe how you think about it, micro wins lead to macro wins!!!!!

Once you win the day, you will have the motivation to push forward to win the week.
How many times have you f....ed up your day by eating s**t food then it turns into 3 days of eating like s**t. Don't fall into this pattern, that's why counting macros is so important! You can eat your favorite foods in moderation so you aren't feeling like you cheated or deprived.

Win the day! Win the week!

I bought the jeans from the County Seat (a store in Massena mall when it first opened). I was 23 years old, a long time ago as you can tell by the flared bottoms 🀣
They were my favorite jeans so I could never get rid of them in hopes one day I would be able to wear them again.

Guess what?! That day is today! It's all because I am consistently counting my macros, meal prepping, & working outπŸ’ͺ
