Championships 2023 was today! Congratulations to everyone that made cutoff times to participate in this event. You were all awesome🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️💜❤️ Congratulations to our our coach Willow Palmer who swam her last WVSC. We are proud of the 9 years you swam with the Oburg team team (this year O'burg/Cliffwood team)! So much that you have accomplished!

Last week the team did a swim clinic with Ashley Dispenziere. The kids had a great time connecting with her again. They worked hard & picked up on some great tips! Thank you coach Ashley for an extra special swim day!

2023 Swim-a-long consisted of swimmers going to time trials at Kittatiny High School one week and having a fun unconventional practice at Heaters the next week🙂 The beneficiary of the 2023 swim-a-long was Family Promise of Sussex County
