School is back in session, fall is on its way and its time to start thinking about Bootcamp! Dates will be September 28th to November 20th! Details coming soon but get it on your calendar and see what you can do in 8 weeks!

Starting this week we will be taking a break on Tuesday/Thursday evenings. We will be bringing Step Aerobics and Next Level Line Dance back in the fall when school starts so keep an eye out for that! You can always get your evening sweat on during classes Monday/Wednesday/Friday evenings at 5:30 with Strength and Endurance and Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 for yoga! And as always, your first class is free! Come check us out!
