📢 New Update for All Active Gym Members!

We've made it easier than ever to learn how to use the equipment in our gym.

Simply visit our website at https://ogdentf.com/ and click the **"Tutorials"** tab at the top of the page. There you'll find instructional videos covering the equipment available in our facility.

We're also working on a new feature that will integrate these videos directly into personalized workout programs, so stay tuned for more updates.

If you've had a chance to use the tutorials, we'd love to hear your feedback. Let us know what you think in the comments, and feel free to share any suggestions or questions you may have.
