July was a strong month at Ogden Total Fitness.

Our members put together some serious consistency:

25 training days by one member
17-day straight workout streak
11 members hit 20+ training days
Someone was in the gym before 7 AM on 29 of 31 days
Workouts ranged from 12:09 AM all the way to 11:10 PM

Recognizing the consistency and hard work our members are putting in day after day

RAGBRAI is rolling through town tomorrow… just some reminders.

- Gym will be open but still locked to the general public. Use your best judgement on getting there! Street parking is CLOSED until Tuesday after 5pm.

📢 New Update for All Active Gym Members!

We've made it easier than ever to learn how to use the equipment in our gym.

Simply visit our website at https://ogdentf.com/ and click the **"Tutorials"** tab at the top of the page. There you'll find instructional videos covering the equipment available in our facility.

We're also working on a new feature that will integrate these videos directly into personalized workout programs, so stay tuned for more updates.

If you've had a chance to use the tutorials, we'd love to hear your feedback. Let us know what you think in the comments, and feel free to share any suggestions or questions you may have.
