Words of wisdom driving home!
I showed you how I eat. Do I eat PERFECT, no. Does my eating move me closer to my goals, yes.
More importantly, do I ENJOY what I eat?? YYYEESSSS, I enjoy my meals and wouldn't mind eating those meals every day. I was slightly under in my calories which means I COULD have something extra at night just to have a dessert of some kind!
You have to enjoy what you eat! As much as only chicken and broccoli would definitely get you lean, NOBODY eats like that long term because NOBODY would enjoy that long term.
Weight loss and muscle gain are a SLOW process that you have to be consistent with.
Don't try and take a short cut because it'll lead you in circles.
Experiment with foods you LOVE to find ways to incorporate them in a calorie controlled diet! If you actually enjoy the food you eat AND how much of them you can eat, that is how you find long term success!
