🟠⚫️⚪️ Today Zaiden Peterson finished his high school cross country season in an epic race in Kearney. Zaiden ran 17:58 improving his UNK course time by minutes and placed 57th out of 117 runners! We are so proud of you!
Thank you to all of our athletes for putting in the time and effort it takes to be a student athlete. Thank you to all the parents for encouraging their kids and for showing up for each and every one of them. Cross country is more than a sport, it is a family and we felt that this year. See you all next year! ❤️

We want to invite the public to send Zaiden off and wish him well! The send-off will be at OHS at 7:45 a.m. on Friday morning!

🟠⚫️⚪️ Today some of our student athletes ran their very last cross country race! What a year to reflect on. Our team has faced and overcome many challenges this year and have built tremendous character. Today we saw many PR’s, our team put everything on the line and it showed. Thank you to each and every one of our seniors who led this team throughout this cross country season. You won’t be forgotten! 🟠⚫️⚪️

🟠⚫️⚪️ Yesterday our student athletes competed at Southwest Conference in Broken Bow. This meet wrapped up our middle schoolers year and they all left it on the course. We are proud of their hard work and the commitment that each athlete made. Thank you to each athlete for making our team a great success and for being a joy to have on the team. What makes an athlete truly great is their attitude and they displayed attitudes of care and dedication. 🟠⚫️⚪️
