Stu Carter was a great friend of Team Gourmet, dining with us whenever he got the chance! He always brought interesting guests with him and had great stories to share with us. He was a very humble, kind, and sincere man. He will be greatly missed. Team Gourmet joins his wife Anne, family, Air Force Cycling Team, Velo Vets cycling family, and RAGBRAI in our collective grief and thanks for such a wonderful human being, both on and off the bike. Fly high, Stu Carter....you will be missed.

Team Gourmet is still looking for foodies that would like to have us stay overnight with them in Estherville, Forest City and Oelwein ! We'll provide the chefs, dinner party, cleanup, and great conversation; hosts provide showers, floor space to sleep, a kitchen for our chefs, and a few loads of laundry!
