🏆 SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT RULE SHEET 🥎
Please read carefully – all rules will be enforced.

🔒 CONDUCT RULES – FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT
• NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS in or near the dugouts.
‣ Anyone found in violation will be immediately removed from the park.
• NO CUSSING OR FOUL LANGUAGE
‣ This is a family-friendly event.
‣ Umpires will issue one warning per team.
‣ Failure to comply will result in ejection for the remainder of the game.

⏱️ FIELD & GAME TIME EXPECTATIONS
• Teams must be at their field 30 minutes before scheduled game time
‣ Be ready to take the field when called to avoid delays.

⚾ GAME RULES
• All games follow ASA rules with the following additions:
• At-bats start with a 1-1 count
• 1 courtesy runner per inning
‣ If your team bats around, the same runner may run for the same player again.

• Home Run Limit:
‣ 4 home runs per team, per game
‣ Any additional home runs will count as outs
• Run Rule:
‣ 20-run lead after 3 innings
‣ 15-run lead after 4 innings
‣ 10-run lead after 5 innings

⏱️ TIME LIMITS
• All games have a 1 hour 5 minute time limit
• Exception: The final 4 games of the Loser’s Bracket and the Winner’s Bracket Final have no time limit

❗️ATTENTION❗️ This year's tournament starts at noon on Friday. Due to the large number of teams, please plan accordingly for your scheduled game times, as rearranging teams causes confusion. If a team is unable to play at its scheduled time, it will forfeit. Please message me at 812-698-4336 with any questions or concerns. We will draw the bracket on July 4th at noon and post here where that will happen.

This year’s tournament will be August 8-9. We still start taking teams June 1! We are excited for another year and can’t wait to see everyone come together for a great cause!
