‼️ Softball Tournament Rules‼️
Welcome!
Thank you for joining our tournament! Our goal is to provide a competitive, organized, and family-friendly environment for players and fans of all ages. Please help us make this a great event by following these rules.
ASA/USA Softball Rules
All games will be played under current ASA/USA Softball rules, unless otherwise noted below.
Home Run Rule
4 home runs per team.
Any home run hit after will be ruled an out.
Run Rule
20-run lead after 3 innings
15-run lead after 4 innings
10-run lead after 5 innings
Courtesy Runners
One courtesy runner per inning is allowed.
A courtesy runner for the pitcher is allowed at any time.
Game Balls
Softballs will be provided by the tournament.
Team Check-In
Teams must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled game time.
We will start games as close to schedule as possible. Please have your team checked in and ready to play to help keep the tournament running on time.
Sportsmanship & Conduct
This is a family-friendly event. Players, coaches, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times.
No cursing, abusive language, arguing, or unsportsmanlike behavior will be tolerated.
The umpire will issue one warning for inappropriate language or conduct.
A second offense will result in immediate ejection from the tournament grounds.
Tournament officials reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior negatively affects the event.
Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in the dugouts, around the playing fields, and in all player areas.
Anyone caught smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal drugs in these restricted areas will be removed from the tournament grounds immediately. There will be NO warnings. Also no music in the dugouts will be tolerated.

Play hard, respect your opponents, respect the umpires, and remember why we're here—to enjoy a great day of softball with friends and family.
