Summer ‘26 is now here. Any man, woman, or any teenagers wanting to make a change, try something different and just want to build confidence in their mind and physique come see us at Red Zone Athletics.
Class times: 8:30am 12:00pm 4:30pm 5:30pm and 6:45pm
No peptide, no Ozempic, no surgery is going to save you. Without some resistance training, along with some cardio, and most importantly a change in your diet all of that stuff won’t matter. There is no quick fix. Thats the problem everyone wants results now, now, now. This takes time through consistency and nutrition. If you want it come see us. Results are earned, never given. 🦉 ⚔️

I want to give a shout out to Ruby Soto. She has been at the gym for five months now. She came in weighing 225 and now is at 182. She has lost 43 pounds. She hasn’t destroyed herself with endless cardio and starving herself. I taught her what consistency is in the weight room and with her nutrition. Her diet is pretty much on point. I love seeing results.
Good work Ruby, your journey has just begun.

I opened up my gym in February of 2015.
I always wanted to have my own place. I was blessed to have that opportunity of turning my Dads oilfield company shop into a gym. He passed away in January 2014. He never got to see it. My dad always believed in me.
Finally talked my mom into letting me clean up the shop and make it my own place. I opened in February of 2015. My mom passed away a few months later and never got to see it get going.
11 years later I’m still here. I started this gym because of my love of working out. And wanted to give people a place to come and leave their baggage, problems, and stress outside the doors and come and let loose and achieve personal goals and most of all come and get fit. I love what I do and I love seeing people work hard and get something out of this. I want to install in people what discipline, consistency, and how pushing their bodies and minds can do for them. How It can separate you from everyone else. Not everyone wants to do what we do and that’s ok. My gym, my training and my workouts may not be something some people want to do on the daily. I totally understand. There are lots of other gyms out there. I want people who want it and want to make changes in their bodies and that mindset and through lifestyles for the better. Small changes add up to big changes. You are my walking billboard.

As far as what we do here at Red Zone Athletics. We stick to the basics. People may call it boring. I’m not big on some of the CrossFit movements anymore. We do some CrossFit movements but we rely on the basic lifts. We do CrossFit workouts and we do bodybuilding workouts. I offer two different classes. I write out all the workouts. You don’t have to kill your body and wear it down day in day out to be fit. I have learned this throughout the last few years. It’s progressive overload to keep strong, build muscle, and some cardio mixed with weightlifting and don’t eat for pleasure eat for fuel. Nutrition is key to see changes.
We want to keep it simple and it’s up to you to push yourself and get out of that comfort zone. Nothing grows in your comfort zone.

I have been training for about 17 years now. I have trained 100s of people along with many athletes. I believe I have impacted a lot of young athletes and men and women. Many of the results speak for themselves. No matter what it all comes down to YOU and how bad you want it. “You Gotta Want It” 🦉
Even at 53 I still have this drive and this passion to keep pushing myself and push others to be the best versions of themselves.
I have a great group of people who come here and a lot who have stuck with me throughout the years. When people come in my gym It is my job to get them to want to stay and be a part of the process. This takes months and years of dedication and consistency. It’s a life long journey.
