🚨 NEW TUESDAY NIGHT HYROX CLASS 🚨

We've had a lot of interest in HYROX, so we're adding a second weekly class.
🔹 Tuesday Nights
This class will focus on building the strength needed to perform better in HYROX. Each session will start with strength work such as squats, presses, lunges, sandbags, and other movements that directly carry over to race day. After that, we'll hit a workout using HYROX-specific movements.
🔹 Saturday Mornings
Our Saturday class remains focused on HYROX conditioning with running and race-specific movements like sled pushes, sled pulls, rowing, skiing, farmers carries, wall balls, burpees, and lunges. Saturday morning classes are 45 minutes (or longer) of just hyrox movements and running.Â
