Congratulations from all the front office management, coaching staff, current & former members of the Odessa Flying Lyons Track Club to
all 2026 Graduating Seniors from our area high schools. Your membership with our track club has been fulfilling and we’re so proud of all of you.

Although some of the Flying Lyons TC staff or coaches can not attend your graduation ceremony this week in person, we will be alongside you in spirit & your loved ones, equally proud of seeing all of you walk the graduation stage to take the next step in your lives & careers.

We love and appreciate all of you and encourage you all come back and visit the Flying Lyons TC in the near future.
We have enjoyed your friendship, all the successes and battles along the way in your athletic development. Its been so wonderful seeing each of you become talented student-athletes and leaders on our club and for your local high school programs. We want to encourage all graduates to continue to your career development, become productive members of your community, keep learning & growing, and pass on the knowledge that you have acquired during your years of training with the Flying Lyons TC.

Be safe and take extra care during this graduation week, if traveling, to reach your destination and cherish all of this special moment that you have earned by earning your high school diploma and/or college associate degree

Congratulations to Flying Lyons athlete Barron Tate (10th grade) who won TAPPS 4A district, regional, and state in discus. When competing at state for discus he shattered the 4A meet record by 11ft, and outperformed every other thrower at the state meet 1A-6A by 17ft 4in!

Way to go Barron!!!!

Congratulation 🎉🎉🎉 to two of our senior athletes who signed their letters of intent! Madison Gonzales, signed with University of North Texas for shot put, disc and hammer. Brianna Velenzuela who signed with University of Texas in long distance. We are incredibly honored to be apart or their sucess as a summer track team. We are also proud of their commitment and look forward to watching their continued success. Way to go ladies! 🎉

Congratulations to our two Flying Lyons alumni’s who placed 1st and 3rd in the NCAA Divsion 1 Conference USA with Liberty University! Bethany Tate 1st in shot put and Alivia Rivera-Norman who placed 3rd in hurdles! This major achievement reflects immense dedication, grit, and skill, proving you belong among the elite. Your hard work has truly paid off—congrats on this outstanding, well-deserved success!
