It was such a beautiful morning spent moving, stretching & spending time with our little ones this morning 💖
As a mom myself i know just how hard it can be to have time for ourselves. Between the endless to-do list, school, work, sports & caring for everyone around us we end up putting ourselves last.
This class was more than just Pilates to me, it was a moment to have the moms slow down, move their bodies & connect with other moms 💖

Thank you to every mom and little one who came out and shared your morning with me. Your support, energy, and smiles made this class so special. I hope you left feeling a little stronger, a little more refreshed, and reminded that you deserve time for yourself too. 💕
