Fighting has allways come more natural to me but forms or sets (taolu) have always been more of a challenge to me. They take more focus, concentration and definitely memorization

Next week I will be heading to Phoenix, Arizona for a weekend of KUNGFU fun and yes I will be competing after 25yrs of my my last competition. I feel confident. Most importantly I will enjoy it as I did as a younger man.

The beauty of kungfu is how it keeps ur body mind and spirit young.
