👉 Sunday Stretch #4: Knee-to-Chest Stretch
‌
Lie on your back with the backs of your heels flat on the floor. Gently pull one knee to your chest until you feel a stretch in your lower back. Keep other leg relaxed with either knee bent or your leg extended. Hold for about 30 seconds. Switch legs and repeat.
‌
👉 This stretch relieves lower back tension, improves flexibility and promotes relaxation for a healthier, more comfortable body.
