Slingahore noodles!!! RECIPE

This is cooking - nothing is exact - measure with your ♥️

1.5 T curry powder
1-2 t tumeric
1 T soy sauce
1 T fish sauce
1 T shoaxing
2 t sesame oil
3-4 Garlic - minced
2-3 eggs
1 package of thin rice noodles
Big ass pan or wok

veggies of choice: carrots, celery, bell peppers, onions, snow peas
protein of choice: chicken, shrimp, beef, whatever

Soak noodles in warm water- whilst working on 👇🏼. I do not follow package directions. They hold up much better - if softened then quickly stir fried.

Mix the first 6 ingredients- curry sauce - this is to your liking- so add whatever

Stir fry the following in avocado/evoo-season each component and set aside- garlic or garlic powder - whatever you like
-Julienne veggies-
-scramble eggs
-cook protein

Dump the veggies, eggs, protein back into your big ass wok/pan- toss with 1/2 the curry mixture- coat evenly. Add in the drained noodles and remaining sauce- quick stir fry to heat thru.

Finally - to everyone who requested the recipe/ingredients.

spaghetti squash with spinach/artichoke dip.
True to form- i took this and lightened it up and uppppped the protein.

410 cals
12g fats
43g carbs
38g protein
(3 servings)

ingredients
spaghetti squash
1/2 vidalia onion
3 garlic - minced
1 can artichokes - chopped
1 container baby spinach
1 1/2 cup baby bella mushrooms- chopped
3/4 LF cottage cheese - blended smooth
1.5 teaspoon Better than Boullion- roasted garlic (blended with cottage cheese)
4-6 T fresh grated parmesan
1/4 cup or more to your liking- mozzarella to top

400 degree oven -Roast the squash - split- remove seeds, brush with eevo- season with S&P- split side down. use a fork to shred the inside of the squash - leave in the shells.

Cook chicken italian sausage or whatever protein. Add in onions, mushrooms, garlic -add in spinach - wilt. add i. chopped artichokes. Season. Add in blended cottage cheese and parmesan-mix well.
Split the mixture evenly between squash - toss/mix - reload into shell. EAT as is or top with more cheese and bake til melted.

shoulder surgery with subscap, rotator tears- anchored into my shoulder with screws- small biceps tendon tear. BEST thing I ever did.

🩷Midrise - not the stupid high waisted s**t that goes under my b***s
🩷waistband is thicker with a drawstring - finished nicely - gives a little control on the belly if you need it
🩷they come in regular, Tall and Petite
🩷 true to size - XS, Small, Medium and so on
🩷I’m 5’2”, approx 145 lbs, wearing a Petite Small (once washed they will be the perfect length

I’m prepping for the week today -
- grilling chicken breast, chicken meatloaf/meatballs, hard boiled eggs
-quinoa and rice - prepared-
-prepping veggies- broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, shredding carrots

all the above will be prepped and put into containers ready to go- quick dinners, lunches…
