We are hosting an IN HOUSE competition! Here are the details...

WHAT: CrossFit Glen Burnie's in house competition. There will be three levels: Novice, Intermediate and Rx. Each team will consist of a Novice, Intermediate, and Rx athlete! Yup, that's right, one team will consist of three different level athletes!
Each member will sign up for their level and you can not change your level once signed up. Same gender teams!

WHEN: SATURDAY 25 June 2022, 9AM - 2PM

PRIZES: Will be awarded to the Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams

FOOD: Post competition catering will be added into your registration fee, but sides and drinks are welcome.

COST: $69 per person which includes an event t-shirt and post event food.

Family and friends are welcome to come cheer you on!

Registration deadline is May 20th.
