I would like to publicly share news that’s bittersweet for me: Angie's Gym will be closing at the end of this year. Our final official day will be 12/31/2025, but the doors will be open on New Year's Day so you can get your workout in.
This business was built with love and a passion for fitness, and it has been an honor to share this passion with you. Serving this community has meant so much to me, and I’m deeply grateful for your loyalty, kindness, and trust over the years. Thank you for being a part of this chapter of my life. -Angie

Attention PiYo lovers! Wednesday Piyo will now be at 7:30am. Also, for this week only, there will be Piyo on Friday, July 14th at 7:30am (no PiYo on Saturday, July 15th).

Thanksgiving is right around the corner! We are looking forward to welcoming all of our past participants and hopefully some new participants to the 2022 Ocracoke Island 5K Turkey Trot! Sign up before the the November 1st deadline to guarantee your shirt size and medal!
If you cannot join us in person but would still love to support our cause, we have added a Virtual 5K option. Sign up for the Virtual 5K and we will mail your shirt and medal to you!
All proceeds from the Ocracoke Island 5K Turkey Trot will be donated to a fund to replace the floor in the Ocracoke School gym. As you know, the school was destroyed by hurricane Dorian in 2019. While we have an acceptable floor in place in our school gym, it is far from perfect and our kids deserve better!

Angie's Gym is in the process of changing membership management/access control software. You will notice some changes to the website, how you purchase memberships online and how you gain entry into the gym in the coming days. As with all change, there is bound to be a few bumps in the road, but please bear with us as we try to make this transition as smooth as possible.
