Crandon Recap for the final rounds of the year!

Friday we started in 11th place. Pulled 7th through turn one. Car felt super fast all race long. After some small contact with a few cars, we battled a bent tie rod and two bent rear arms. Struggling to keep the car straight and trying to make passes we came into a turn and couldn’t make a pass stick putting the car on two wheels and not being able to save it we rolled with a lap and a half to go. Ended up with a DNF.

Saturday we started in 12th. Heading through turn one we got a good jump and stayed to the inside until we saw Trent Peetz coming down running us out of room. (He had no idea I was there so not his fault) Knowing he was battling for points champ, we braked hard locking up all four tires and getting hit from the rear we ended up stalling the car. Having the whole field pass me and basically starting in last we charged hard and worked our way up in positions finishing 13th. Congrats Trent on being our points champ!

Overall we finished 11th in points, we couldn’t be more happy about getting our first podium this year at lena! Big things to come for the 2024 season as we are looking to completely rebuild a new car. We could never have done it this year without the help of our friends, family and sponsors so thank you to everyone for supporting us.

Had the best weekend at Dirt City Motorplex!

Saturday we started in 12th place. Due to rain on Thursday and Friday the track was pretty wet so we slammed on our more aggressive tires and just tried to move up a bit and finish. Ended up in 10th which didn’t move me in points put glad we were back in the car after the wreck at ERX.

Sunday we started in 12th again. We took the green flag and knew we were gonna be fast. We worked our way through the pack and at the mandatory caution we noticed a lot of fade in the brakes which we were not happy about being on a tight technical track. We didn’t let having little to no brakes stop us and charged hard and finish 3rd.

Overall we couldn’t be more happy about getting our first podium! 3 years of countless hours and thousands of dollars spent trying to get up on those boxes, we finally did it! We could never have gotten this far without the help of our friends, family and sponsors so thank you to everyone for supporting us.
