Oconomowoc Rugby Football Club Our mission is to promote amateur rugby in the communities that we serve. We are excited about spring. Practice starts March 15.

The Oconomowoc Rugby Football Club is an official 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicate to promoting amateur rugby in the Lake Country/Elkhorn area of Wisconsin. The umbrella club is home to men's, women's and high school girls' and boys' teams: Elkhorn and Lake Country (currently consolidated with another club due to low numbers) boys high school teams, the Knightmares girls high school team,

and Oconomowoc Rugby FC (adult) men's and women's (the women are currently building and playing in tournaments) teams. In keeping with that mission, we provide rugby opportunities for adults, teens and youths. We promote the positive values associated with amateur athletics, including physical fitness and team work. If you've just passed the test or want to dust off your skills, Lion Hunter 7s needs a couple of people to referee two matches each and give the scheduled referees a break.

The Balda Cup 2026 registration is now open. Get your foursome signed up early. Once we have 18 teams, it will close. Visit the outing’s webpage to sign up and to check out some of the great prizes we have in this year’s raffle. Grand prize is a weekend trip to Las Vegas that includes hotel accommodations and airfare. Just like last year, 100% of the profits will go towards the 4 high school teams affiliated with ORFC.
