Although a bit wet and chilly, it was a good on Saturday at the herding trial. The new call ducks are awesome. ALL duck runs were qualifying on both A and B courses.

Mark you calendars now! AKC herding trial to be held at Woods End Farm in Farmington, GA. Trial dates are January 3, 2026 and January 4, 2026. A & B course sheep will be offered both days. (no HT or PT will be offered at this trial) Judge is Carol Ann Hartnagle. Entries will open November 10, 2025 and close December 23, 2025. Stay tuned to our website for the premium and more details.

Today was even better for our Spring Herding Trial as we had a nice breeze added to our sunny day! Thank you to our judge Kathy Walker, trial secretary Barbara, our stock handlers, the volunteers and our awesome exhibitors for making this trial a success. Special thanks to Claire and Doyle for sharing your farm and stock with us! We hope to see everyone at our December 2025 trial.
