Multiple squat racks and an EliteFTS Deluxe Monolift, built for heavy competitive and commercial use and excellent for all types of squats, box squats and good morning movements. Cybex, Precor, Life Fitness, Paramount and other traditional plate loaded and selectorized equipment. If you are serious about building a ripped muscular physique, then you need to train at a gym that will support your efforts, and not hold you back. Iron Core has everything you need and nothing you don’t. We are not a corporate big box gym, we are not a specialty boutique gym that charges $80 a month. There are no TV's, no Wi-Fi, and no distractions. Just tons of weights and equipment and old school respect. There is no such thing as a judgment free zone. We are judged at work, by our friends, by strangers, and even our kids. Be aware of this always. And yes, even if you step into a powder puff fitness center, you're going to be judged. Just because they have a sign on the wall doesn't mean it won't happen. Powerlifting, bodybuilding, weightlifting, CrossFit, Athletics and general fitness is about self-improvement. It is about pushing yourself past your regular comfort zone in order to achieve something greater. It is also about learning what works and what does not. Bottom line: You need a gym with members and staff that do judge you, so they help you get where you want to be, not keep you where you are.
