People think fitness is just for the young players looking to smash it longer but some of our most successful people have been the ones that are older and were never “in to fitness”. They just want to move well, avoid injury, and increase their quality of life.
Our older clients are often amazed at how much quality movement, mobility, stability, and strength makes such a huge difference in their everyday life.
(It’s also good for people that want to bomb it)

It has really been fun to create feedback loops that help him get the feel and the movement goal of each exercise. Fitness is about more than just lifting weights it’s about creating quality mechanics.

Functional fitness is a lot more than just what exercises you do (or don’t do).
More important than the specific exercises is HOW you perform the exercises you’re doing.
Very few exercises are bad but there are lots of ways to do great exercises poorly.
A good coach is arguably more important than a good program.
